Walk downs are necessary to improve the accuracy of Material stock, Conditions, Material/Part item descriptions that cannot be processed remotely and can only be achieved through physical identification. Walk downs also helps to audit unaccounted inventory and Obsoletes stock.

  • Inventory Mismatch – System stock VS Physically available stock
