Plant Asset Data Management

Industrial asset data collection and registry preparation
It is the process of walkthrough all the assets with the help of source information, as built drawings i.e. Piping and Instrumentation, Process flow, Plant layout, instrument loop diagrams for verification, validation, data collection and update.
Plant Maintenance Task list preparation
It is the process of preparation of PM Task list of the equipments and machineries by considering the character, life and conditions. This can be prepared by assessing the specifications, documents and expertise to standardize recurring activities, creation of maintenance orders, routine and planned maintenance work effectively. In addition, task lists specify the spare parts and tools required for the work steps and the time required perform the work.
Standard Operating Procedure Preparation
It is a set of written instructions that document a routine or repetitive activity followed by an organization to function their asset. This document is designed to provide guidance in the preparation and use of an SOP within a quality system.
Functional ID Creation
It is the process of creating the functional location ID Creation to track the industrial asset effectively for a better maintenance and reliability.
Inventory material data cataloguing and imaging
It is the process of walkthrough for visual audit of industrial material for capturing the informations related to material, manufacturer, supplier, original equipment manufacturer to eliminate the incorrect, incomplete, not complete, informations and duplicates in the inventory material data along actual material image capture to update in to the client system for life time use.
Bill of Material Preparation
It is a list of the raw materials, sub-assemblies, intermediate assemblies, sub-components, parts and the quantities of a system/sub system or equipment. PIPL work with the clients to prepare the bill of material for their assets by tracking the documents, or by collecting the required information from the supplier to fulfil the asset hierarchy in the client system
Spare Parts Interchangebility Record Review
PIPL work with the clients to obtain spare parts information from the equipment suppliers in a standard format for the purpose of identifying the interchangeability of the spare parts with in the system which optimizes the procurement activity.
Vendor and Service Master Preparation
It is the process of standardizing the vendor and their service related information by standardizing and coding or classification which will help our clients to evaluate the vendors and their service effectively.

Plant Reliability Engineering

PIPL work with our clients to retain the reliability of their assets by describing the ability of a system or component to function under stated conditions for a specified period of time. Our Consultants defines the probability of success as the frequency of failures; or in terms of availability, as a probability derived from reliability, testability and maintainability. We implement the best practices in asset life cycle management through Analytical methods, Machinery and systems operational experience, also through technical expertise, management efficiency, global responsiveness and availability.

1. Operation and maintenance
We undertake operation and maintenance for our clients in order to help them maintain their existing infrastructure. PIPL is well equipped to provide Operation and Maintenance Support at the sites for our clients. We are well positioned to take advantage of the increasing business on the maintenance contracts with the back of our skilled man power and credibility to undertake preventive and corrective maintenance.
2. Reliability Centered Maintenance RCM
PIPL works with our clients to determine maintenance strategies based on reliability techniques and encompasses well-known analysis methods such as failure mode effects and criticality analysis (FMECA), fault tree analysis and reliability block diagram analysis. We work with our clients to achieve Cost reduction, to Meet Safety and Environmental Goals and Operational Goals.

PIPL Starts with failure mode and effects analysis which identifies plant failure modes in a systematic and structured manner subsequently takes steps to examine the each critical failure mode to determine the optimum maintenance policy to reduce the severity of each failure.

3. Equipment Criticality Analysis ECA

The asset criticality ranking is used to help prioritize maintenance work and to identify the most critical assets, By identifying the characteristics that make each asset critical, the analysis will also provide valuable information to decide what actions will reduce risk for all plant assets.

PIPL works with Industry operations, maintenance, engineering, materials management and EH&S representatives can replace individual perceptions of criticality with agreement and better understanding.

4. Risk Based Inspection RBI
PIPL Manage inspection programs for the Plant equipment. The ultimate goal of PIPL is to provide assurance of acceptable asset integrity and reliability by developing cost-effective inspection and maintenance program.
5. Root Cause Analysis
PIPL Manage Root cause analysis for the assets of our clients by identifying the root causes of faults or problems.
